Last week on Friday I was back in the dance studio! It’s been a long time
since I was in a dance studio… 5 years in fact, but I felt so at home, I’ve
missed it so much! I got right back into it and I haven’t lost too much of my
flexibility so that’s good news! I’m working on my core strength and working on
getting back into the splits! Wow wow wee wow! Even after my Feature Dance
Tour, I’m going to keep up with my dancing because it’s just me. I just haven’t
had time to carry on with it and now I just don’t care whether I have the time
or not because I’ll MAKE the time lol. I just need a professional pole in my
bedroom now so I can practise these spins! hehe.  Since then I went back into the studio but this time I injured my leg and have been in pain since!  Feeling much better today now so that’s good news!

Everyone has been commenting on how amazing my new updates are on my
